Cancellation

A purchase on Meyy is a one-time payment for one year. It does not renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to buy again.

You can stop using Meyy at any time. You can also download everything Meyy holds about you, and delete your account, from Settings in the app — whether or not you are subscribed.

Refunds

• Refunds are considered for verified technical failure (persistent inability to access paid features attributable to Meyy) and billing errors (e.g. double charge).
• Subjective dissatisfaction with content or pedagogy is not a refund ground, given the unrestricted free trial. Refund requests: within 1 week, with proof of the technical interruption, to support@meyy.in.

How a refund is paid

An approved refund is paid back to the original payment method, through Razorpay. Your bank usually shows it within 5–7 working days of the refund being made.
